I specialize in therapeutic massage focused on relieving pain, reducing chronic tension, and supporting overall muscle function. Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
I’m also trained in a modality called ashiatsu where I use my feet to target deeper layers of fascia and muscle.

If you’re looking for focused work on a specific area (like neck and shoulders), a 60-minute session can be a great place to start.
However, if you’re dealing with ongoing tension, stress, or want full body work, I typically recommend a 90-minute session.
This allows enough time to work more deeply without rushing your body, and gives your nervous system space to actually relax, so results tend to last longer.
If you’re unsure, 90 minutes is the best starting point for most people.

We’ll start with a quick check-in about how your body has been feeling, any areas of concern, and your goals for the session. From there, the treatment is fully customized to you.

Not at all. Some people like to chat, others prefer silence. I’ll follow your lead, this is your time.

You’ll undress to your comfort level. You are always properly draped during the session, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. For Reiki, dress in comfortable clothes as it is a clothed service.

Reiki is a gentle, deeply relaxing energy healing technique that promotes balance and reduces stress. Originating in Japan, the word combines "Rei" (universal) and "Ki" (life energy). Unlike massage, which physically manipulates muscles, Reiki addresses the body’s subtle energy systems.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

It depends on your goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions during flare-ups or training phases, while others maintain results with biweekly or monthly visits.
